Stone center

In our center, all modern therapeutic modalities for the treatment of urinary stones of any location are available. We specialize in minimally invasiveprocedures for stone removal. These include flexible ureterorenoscopy (fURS) and miniaturized percutaneous nephrolitholapaxy (mini-PNL). By using modern lasers, we can effectively and gently treat even complex stones of the urinary tract. As a result, usually only a short hospital stay is necessary.

In addition to endoscopic procedures, we also offer the possibility of extracorporeal shock wave therapy (SWL). This is done by means of sonographic and/or radiological stone location.

In addition to surgical stone removal, the metabolic work-up of recurrent stone disease is also performed at our center. You are welcome to get advice in our stone consultation hour(link).
