
„Dresden“ Clip Prosthesis
The prosthesis is used for surgical reconstruction of the ossicular chain (placed between stapes and tympanic membrane).
Material properties and design are adapted to the natural ossicular chain and ensure good sound transmission after the operation.
The self-retaining clip mechanism ensures safe connection and solid implant fit. A low force of about 100 mN required to fit the prosthesis reduces the risk of damage to the inner ear.
