ERCD presents analysis of force measurements in the incudostapedial joint

A recent ERCD study measuring the quasi-static and dynamic forces in the incudostapedial joint gap was published in the MEMRO-2018-edition of Hearing Research: Link . The paper presents the first measurements of force as a physiological parameter inside the ossicular chain. The results could help to improve the comprehension of middle ear biomechanics and support the development of future passive prosthesis and active implants.
