Quality reports

Since the transparency of the quality of treatment in hospitals is increasingly becoming the focus of public attention, the legislator has obliged all hospitals since 2005 to publish this in the structured quality reports.

The G-BA acts here on behalf of the legislator and determines the relevant contents. For example, the qualifications of the staff, the range of services provided by the hospital, the special equipment and the frequency of complications.
