We have set ourselves the goal to immediately implement the latest findings from science and research and to offer them to you as a therapeutic option.

The Department of Urology at the University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus Dresden is one of the largest university urological centers in Germany. We offer diagnostic and therapeutic options, both surgical and medical, at the highest level.

To ensure optimal care, we work closely with all other hospital departments. This means we have access to all of the specialist medical facilities that the Dresden University Hospital offers as a supramaximum provider. As part of the National Tumor Center (NCT) Dresden, we can rely on synergistic effects in the treatment of urological malignancies that are only available to a few cancer centers in Germany.

In addition to medical and nursing skills as well as medical innovations, our focus in everyday clinical practice is on caring for our patients and their relatives.
