SHK position for HYPE project

The main focus of the research group "Cognitive Neurophysiology" (head: Prof. Dr. Christian Beste) at the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy and the Institute of Psychology at the TU Dresden is the investigation of neurophysiological processes underlying higher-level cognitive functions in healthy people and neuropsychiatric diseases. 

For the next possible point of start, we would like to recruit a student assistant (9hr/week; initially 6 months) for an ongoing research project that investigates implicit learning in Tourette disorder and neurotypical participants.

 The tasks include

  • recruitment
  • conducting structured interviews with the participants; and
  • occasionally providing help in the EEG lab.

Working with participants requires German knowledge, while communication with project members is in English.
